Academic Requirements
Required documents for graduate program applicants
1.Application form (online, downloadable form);
2.Copy of passport or of State ID
3.8 color matt photos of 3×4 cm size;
4.Copy of a document on higher education (Bachelor degree or its equivalents) diploma and transcript;
5.Document confirming employment (for persons having employment records) copy of personnel records book; if not available CV;
6.Letter of Motivation for MACTA, MFIN, MMKT programs
7.Medical documents;
If available:
Valid results of International Language Proficiency Tests (copy of IELTS certificate or original certificates of TOEFL, DSH, TestDaF, TFI, DELF, DALF, TCF, Cambridge English Exam, etc.)
List of research and scientific-methodical works
9.Upon own discretion, an applicant may include other documents he/she believes to be relevant for inclusion into the application package, such as copies of certificates, awards, and honors in the applicants sphere of interest, in particular ones received at national and international levels. Applicants who plan to pass the state Entrance examination in foreign, Kazakh and Russian language have to submit the following documents, not later than one day before the exam registration deadline;

11.Original of the exam fee payment check payable to the National Testing Center
12.Copy of state ID, if only a copy of passport was submitted earlier (requirement for Kz citizens only)
Prerequisites
Students who do not have an undergraduate degree in law or who have not undertaken undergraduate legal course work will be required to take one prerequisite or co-requisite law course instead of an elective course except of the Psychology and Management.- Introduction to the Legal System of Kazakhstan
English Proficiency: IELTS 6 or equivalent.
