Academic Requirements
You need the following GPA score:
Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to Lower Second Class on the UK Honour scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on the UK Honour scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).
Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).
- The entry requirement for this course is a Bachelor (Honours) Degree at a 2:2 or above. We look for applicants to have a background in any discipline in order to be eligible for the programme.
- The deadline for the first set of applications is Thursday 30th April, however applications submitted after this deadline will also be considered up until one month before the programme\'s start in September.
- The selection procedure for this course is heavily weighted on the content of your personal statement and will also involve an interview (either person, telephone or Skype).
- If English is not your first language, it is usually required that you sit an English language test in order to gain entry onto our postgraduate programmes.
- This course requires the standard IELTS 6.5 with no individual component below 6.5 or equivalent.
