  • Bachelor\'s DegreeApplicants have to hold a Bachelor\'s Degree (4-years course) in either Natural Sciences or Engineering. German Applicants without a Bachelor\'s Degree should have obtained their "Vor-Diplom" and should have finished at least 2 terms of their graduate studies. The decision on eligibility is based on individual assessment.
  • English ProficiencySince the course is held in English throughout the four terms, English proficiency has to be proved by either a TOEFL-score of more than 550 points (text-based) or213 points (computer-based) or 78-79 points (internet-based), or IELTS with a minimum score of 6.0 or an equivalent test.

English Proficiency: IELTS 6 or equivalent.
