- Higher education academic degree taken abroad, in a suitable area (Informatics Engineering, Computer science, or equivalent), corresponding to a 1st cycle of studies organised according to the Bologna Process by a State subscribing to this Process.
- Higher education academic degree taken abroad, in a suitable area (Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent), recognised, by the legally competent scientific body of the hosting institution, as fulfilling the requirements of a BSc degree.
