- Fundamentals of Management. Focussed on getting to know the basic fundamentals for the management of organizations and the knowledge of the environment in which they operate.
- Resources management. Deepening knowledge of the management of the main resources that any organization has: people, commercial resources, financial resources, operational, etc.
- View from the Senior Management and the integration of stakeholders. Achieving a vision of business from its Senior Management, integrating all the available resources in a common goal and linking to the stakeholders of the organization.
- Specialization. The specialization International Business provides participants with an international focus, the opportunity to have an overview of the business world in order to succeed in an international environment.

Candidates should hold a first academic degree; preferably in the fields of management, engineering, technology or environmental sciences and should have less than three years of professional experience. Fluency in English is required.
