Academic Requirements
The Master\'s program "Internationales Personalmanagement is designed for internationally oriented graduates of German studies as well as Economics and Social Sciences who ideally have professional experience, preferably in the field of human resource management.
Prerequisites:
- A Bachelor\'s degree or similar from an accredited university (Economics, Social sciences, cultural sciences, especially German studies)
- Excellent academic language skills in German (proven by TestDaF 4) and English (proven by IELTS 6.5 or above, TOEFL 90 or similar)
English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
