Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to 2.5 on a US 4.0 grading scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on a 4.0 scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).
Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).

- A bachelor\'s degree from an accredited\ninstitution with a major in Kinesiology/Physical Education or the\nequivalent; \n
- \xc2\xa0If a prospective graduate student has a\nbaccalaureate degree in a field other than Kinesiology or Physical\nEducation, he/she may be required to take prerequisite or foundational\nupper-division undergraduate coursework in Kinesiology. \n
- \xc2\xa0An overall undergraduate GPA of 2.5 or\nbetter and an upper division Kinesiology/Physical Education major GPA of\n2.75 or better; \n
- A minimum cumulative score of 150 on the\nverbal, 141 on the quantitative and 3.5 on the analytical writing sections\nof the Graduate Record Examination. \n
