You need the following GPA score:
Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to Upper Second Class on the UK Honour scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of Upper Second Class or better on the UK Honour scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).
Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).
Admissions criteria
- BEng Electronic Engineering (2:1 minimum) OR
- BEng Electrical Engineering (2:1 minimum) OR
- BSc Physics (2:1 minimum).
If you have a 2:2 bachelor\xc2\x92s degree in the above subjects, a related physical science, mathematics, engineering degree or relevant industrial experience, your application will be given\xc2\xa0individual consideration.\xc2\xa0 In such circumstances, you may be required to attend a formal interview with the admissions tutor before an offer can be made.
For 2:2 holders, the likelihood of being offered a place on the course is highest if your overall marks lie close to the 2:1/:2:2 boundary.
