Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor\xc2\x92s degree in in Biology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics or applied Mathematics, and must have obtained the admission for a regular (consecutive) Master\xc2\x92s program at the Faculty of Science of the University of Zurich. Additionally, applicants have to fulfill the following requirements:
- The average grade achieved during the Bachelor\xc2\x92s program must be equivalent to at least a 5.0 in the Swiss grading system;
- A minimum of 30 ECTS credits obtained during the Bachelor studies are from the field chosen as the Master\xc2\x92s program concentration, in which academic achievement has been excellent;
- At least 8 ECTS credits were earned in mathematics;
- Proof of extracurricular activities in Life Sciences (e.g. attending Biology Undergraduate Summer School, previous participation in research projects)
- Proof of competence in English
English Proficiency: IELTS 7 or equivalent.
