Academic Requirements
- Two Academic References.
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Good musical skills in varied instruments and voice.
- An undergraduate degree (usually in music) but other degrees relevant to Music Therapy such as psychology, education, clinical subjects and humanities are accepted provided that musical skills are well developed.
- 30 points (or equivalent) in Psychology or other approved social science discipline (candidates may be permitted to complete this requirement concurrently).
- Experience (voluntary or professional) with people with special needs or illness.
- An intelligent questioning attitude and sound academic skills.
- A mature personality and an ability to empathise with others.\xc2\xa0
