Academic Requirements

To apply for the Master\'s programme in Chemistry, you need a relevant Bachelor\'s degree. You can apply if you hold one of the following degrees:

  • Chemistry from University of Southern Denmark, Aarhus University, University of Copenhagen or Aalborg Unviersity
  • Nanobioscience from University of Southern Denmark
  • Chemistry and Biotechnology from University of Southern Denmark
  • Chemical Engineering from University of Southern Denmark

You can also apply if you hold a similar degree containing a minimum of 80 ECTS within chemistry, including relevant auxiliary subjects. Once you apply, the Study Board will assess whether your degree is qualifying.

If your degree does not fulfill the entry requirements, the study board will decide whether you can follow one or more supplementary courses.

English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
