- Minimum standing: GPA of 6.5 (B+) in third- and fourth-year French courses
- Good oral and reading knowledge of English
- Applicants must also meet the general admission requirements for the Faculty of Graduate Studies
Students with background deficiencies may be required to make up courses before being admitted to the MA program and will then normally require two years for the completion of the degree.
