Academic Requirements
- A Bachelor\'s degree with Honours in architecture, fire engineering, safety engineering, building services engineering, construction, building surveying, building technology, applied science, engineering, physics or chemistry;\xc2\xa0
OR - A professional qualification plus relevant work experience that is related to the construction industry,\xc2\xa0such as\xc2\xa0full membership of the HKIE, HKIS, HKIA, CIBSE, CIOB, IMechE, ICE, IStructE or IEE.
English Proficiency: IELTS 6 or equivalent.
