Embark on your sustainability management learning journey inspired by the sea with the STORM Master’s degree. Learn how to navigate the future of sustainability management and become the resilient manager of tomorrow. In the face of major societal and environmental challenges, organisations play a key role in minimising human impact on the planet. The STORM Master’s programme trains future leaders to drive sustainable transformation through critical analysis and innovative management approaches. By integrating hands-on experiences that reconnect them with nature, students gain a deeper awareness of global challenges and their impact on organisations. As a SEA-EU Joint Programme, STORM is part of a transnational educational initiative that integrates the expertise, resources, and infrastructures of six SEA-EU universities: University of Brest (UBO) (France) University of Malta (UM) (Malta) University of Cadiz (UCA) (Spain) University of Split (UNIST) (Croatia) University of Gdansk (UG) (Poland) Nord University (NORD) (Norway) The programme, which is taught in English, provides students with a truly European and interdisciplinary academic experience, includes a minimum of two mobility periods in European countries, ensuring that students gain experience across different institutions and work environments. Admission Requirements
Applicants must be in possession of: Refer to the list of country-specific qualifications A first degree at the bachelor level (EQF Level 6), or equivalent from a recognised higher education institution and a B2 level of English Language competence according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). Applicants may submit their applications prior to the conferral of their qualifying diploma. Applicants must be ready to take part in a minimum of two mobility periods in two countries as outlined by the mobility section of the student handbook.
