- The successful completion of the SHL or GMAT selection test
- A favourable assessment of your motivation and working experience
- A bachelor\xc2\x92s degree or equivalent, and at least 3 years of relevant full-time work experience, or
- A 3-year national diploma or equivalent, and at least 6 years of relevant full-time work experience
- Three motivational essays of 250 words each on your competencies, career objectives and personal motivation, plus a full CV.
