Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on a 4.0 scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).

Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).

Applicants to the official degree-seeking MBA program must meet the following admission criteria:

  • A 4-year bachelors degree from an accredited college or university (Your bachelor degree does not have to be in business).
  • A good academic foundation for graduate study as reflected in the applicant\'s cumulative undergraduate* grade point average (GPA) on a 4 point scale:

  • If an applicant has earned a graduate degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher from an accredited institution, the graduate GPA will be used in place of the undergraduate degree GPA
  • Applicants with an undergraduate GPA between 2.5 and 2.69 are not admitted into the program but may petition for admission and will be required to submit a minimum GMAT score of 400.
  • A minimum GRE score can be used to substitute for the GMAT score. (Learn more about substituting the GRE for the GMAT in the admission index calculation)
