  • A bachelor\xc2\x92s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or a closely related area from an accredited college or university;
  • \xc2\xa0A minimum grade average of at least a B in all courses in engineering, mathematics, and science;
  • Results of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) general test;
  • Acceptance by both the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and the Graduate School.\xc2\xa0
