  • A bachelor\xc2\x92s degree from a university, equivalent to the level of a Dutch academic bachelor\xc2\x92s degree
  • Knowledge, understanding and skills comparable to those acquired upon graduating from the Bachelor\xc2\x92s programme in French Language and Culture from Leiden University, specifically:
  • Knowledge of and insight into the connections with French speaking regions elsewhere in the world (so-called Francophonie).
  • Knowledge of and insight into its development over the different periods (Middle Ages, Early Modern, and Modern).
  • Sufficient command of French

English Proficiency: IELTS 7 or equivalent.
