Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
A background in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration during the 1st cycle (bachelor level) is recommended, since this is a proof of the quantitative competency required by our program. However, we are also actively looking for strong candidates with a non-Economics undergraduate degree that have the required quantitative skills and a passion for quantitative finance and risk management. Quantitative skills are demonstrated by prior successful passing of a course in \xc2\x93Quantitative Methods\xc2\x94 or equivalent (\xc2\x93Statistics\xc2\x94, \xc2\x93Econometrics\xc2\x94, \xc2\x93Research Methods\xc2\x94, \xc2\x94Mathematics\xc2\x94, \xc2\x93Statistical Methods\xc2\x94, \xc2\x93Statistical Analysis\xc2\x94, \xc2\x94Data Analysis\xc2\x94, etc.). In addition, a GMAT/GRE certification can serve as a substitute for the prerequisite course in \xc2\x93Quantitative Methods\xc2\x94.
