Program Overview
The Forestry at Warsaw University of Life Sciences is a MSc programme in Agriculture & Environmental Studies over 24 months, delivered On-campus. This programme equips graduates with advanced knowledge and practical skills for professional and academic careers in the field.

Program Curriculum
Course Structure
- First year: First semester is placed at the USDE and is characterized by impartation of basic knowledge of environmental information technologies. Second semester takes place at the WULS-SGGW and focuses on the impartation of continuative knowledge of environmental information technologies including specific silvicultural contents.
- Second year: During the third semester an independent research project is planned at WULS-SGGW, USDE or other partner institution in Germany, Poland or abroad, accompanied with a range of elective courses. Fourth semester is devoted mostly to Master thesis preparation.
Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
Bachelor degree or comparable in Forestry, Biology, Agriculture, Landscape Planning or related Natural Sciences. Confirmed command of English.
The following documents should be sent by post or submitted by you to the Student Affairs Office:
- Signed application form with a photograph attached;
- Original or certified copy of higher education diploma (a copy of the original certified with the seal of the institution/university that has issued it.), together with supplement/transcript of records (a specification including the subjects taken, number of hours and grades), entitling to undertake second cycle studies in the country of its issue. The Diploma must be legalized or legalization must be replaced by an apostille certificate attached to it;
- Copy of secondary school leaving certificate \xc2\x96 document entitling to undertake studies in the country of its issue. On request the applicant is obliged to provide legalization or apostille;
- CV in Polish or English;
- Copy of document confirming the knowledge of English;
- Copy of certificate from consulate confirming Polish descent or Polish Charter, if the candidate holds one;
- Copy of valid passport or other document confirming the identity of the candidate (the original document is to be presented upon arrival);
- Translation into Polish of documents issued in languages other than Polish or English. The translation shall be made or certified by the Polish Consul or by a Polish sworn translator entered into the list of sworn translators of Polish Ministry of Justice.
English Proficiency: IELTS 6 or equivalent.
