Academic Requirements
- They must have a BA from Universit\xc3\xa4t Hamburg\'s international master\'s program in the Languages and Cultures of the Indian Subcontinent and Tibet with a focus on Ancient Indology or Modern Indology or an equivalent degree from another German or international university
or
a first degree in a subject offering courses or modules on South Asia. - They must have knowledge of Sanskrit or at least one modern Indian language, regardless of area concentration.
- They must have knowledge of English.
English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
