Complete online Augusta University Graduate ApplicationSubmit official transcripts from each college/university attended.Submit email addresses of 3 references during the online application process.References must be able to assess your academic abilities and potential for the OT profession. Applicants should select references who can attest to these skills.At least 2 references must be occupational therapists.
The 3rd reference may be an OT, a college professor, or work supervisor who can assess your academic or work related behaviors and potential for success as an Occupational Therapist.Submit official GRE scoresReview Technical Standards, Criminal Conviction Disclosure and Disclaimer of Certification and Licensure.
Accepted applicants will need to sign these documents prior to enrollment in the program.Foreign applicants must submit TOEFL scoresQualified applicants will be invited to attend a mandatory interview session which may include group problem solving activities, a writing sample, and personal interview with faculty members.
