Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
All applications must be made through PASS (Postdoctoral Application Support Service). All applicants must have graduated from an ADA accredited U.S. or Canadian dental school. All applicants must have citizenship or resident alien status with a green card indicating they are a permanent resident of the United States.
Resident aliens are encouraged to have at least one year of full-time college work at a university or college in the United States. Resident aliens are more competitive if they can speak English fluently. Applicants are selected for admission regardless of race, religion, national origin, disability, age, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity expression, military service or any other status protected by law.
Do not send your PASS application directly to the OMFS department at OHSU. All of the required application information (PPI\'s, NBDE scores, Dental Transcripts) must be sent directly to PASS.Tuition & Financial Information
