You need the following GPA score:
Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to 3 on a US 4.0 grading scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on a 4.0 scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).
Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).
Organizational Dynamics admits students from a wide range of backgrounds and enterprises including corporations, public institutions, and nonprofit organizations, as well as from professional fields such as law, education, and healthcare.
In addition to the information about a person collected on the Application Form, the Admissions Committee reviews the degree to which each applicant has met the following criteria:
Academic and Professional Requirements
- Transcript(s): Unofficial transcripts from each post-secondary school attended uploaded through the online application system showing a grade point average of at least 3.0;
- Resume or CV: This should list organizational experience which commonly means at least 5 years of full-time, management-related, professional work;
- Essays: These are defined and are used to demonstrate graduate-level writing skills, critical thinking, initiative and motivation, planning and organizational skills, creativity, and flexibility;
- Recommendations: Letters from organizational leaders who recommend the applicant for graduate study in the MS or MPhil Organizational Dynamics program;
- Interview: May be requested for any concentration but is required for those applying to the Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching concentration. Please click here for details.
