- A complete, official academic record from ALL high schools, colleges, and/or universities attended in the U.S. or anywhere in the world (individual semester transcripts). Failure to disclose attendance to any school may result in cancellation of admission offer;

- A non-refundable $30 application fee. If you complete the online application you MUST pay online for the application to be loaded. We are unable to view online applications until payment is completed.
