The evaluation must be initiated with a request by you. The degrees listed below will give you an idea of what would be accepted.\nUnconditionally accepted Bachelors degrees: Psychology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Biology, Liberal Arts: Philosophy Specialisation\nConditionally accepted Bachelors: Liberal arts: Communications and Media Studies, Business Information Technology, Applied Economics, Economic Analysis, Hungarian Linguistics and Literature: Language Technology specialisation and Theoretical Linguistics specialisation, Pedagogy, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Economist in Business Administration and Management, Technical Manager, Mathematics.\nIn order to start the evaluation, you must submit a free-text request. You can submit the request at any time during the admission procedure, but please take into account that the evaluation will last at least 3 weeks.\nThe request should contain:\n- name, place and date of birth, mothers maiden name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address.\n- which programme you are applying, what degree you have or will have, and that you would like to initiate a preliminary examination of the credits.\xc2\xa0

\xc2\xa0Documents which you must attach to the request (two copies of each document):\n- copy of the diploma (in case you already have it, and a translation to English if the original is not in English),\n- copy of transcript of records (and a translation to English if the original is not in English),\n- the official descriptions of the courses (in English);The oral examination is an interview with the applicant about his/her professional background, scientific interests, and professional plans.\xc2\xa0

The oral examination happens in person, although there is also a Skype interview option.\nAn invitation letter/e-mail with the exact date and time of the interview will be sent to you.\nApplication package\nMandatory documents which you only need to send by post:\n- Transcript of records (and an official English translation of the transcript of records if the language of the original is not Hungarian or English)\n- copy of the payment of the entrance exam fee\n- reference work (see below)\nDocuments required for identification purposes if you choose to have your interview via Skype:\n- copy of the main pages of the passport (needs to be valid)\nReference work\nThe reference work can be any work which the applicant has written within the field of his/her earlier studies (research paper, seminar paper, research report, published article, study etc.).\xc2\xa0

The applicant can also write a new paper for the current application, which can be an improved version of an earlier work. If the work has been published or has been presented during the applicants studies, please indicate on the paper where it was published or within what context it was written and presented.\xc2\xa0

The maximum length is 15 pages (without the appendices, and there are no requirements for form). If the work was co-authored, the applicant must indicate his/her participation in the paper in percent (%). The reference work must be in English.
