Academic Requirements
BSc graduates in disciplines of Sciences and Physical Technologies (L-30) can acceed to the Master Course in Physics. Graduates in other disciplines from italian universities and students from foreign universities with a different but recognized as eligible degree can as well acceed, provided that they show to be qualified for profitable prosecution of studies.
Appliants fulfilling requirements will be admitted following an interview on the disciplines of the basic courses of the BSc in Physics. The curricular requirements consist of deep knowledge of classical physics and mathematical analysis, basic knowledge of geometry, computer science, analytical mechanics, quantum mechanics, structure of matter, nuclear and subnuclear physics, experimental capabilities (data acquisition and elaboration). Interviews will be held by a Faculty Committee chosen by the Teaching Coordination Board.- Foreign students (extra UE): need a Pre application at Italian embassies or consulates, for which the can apply in the second half of March-first half of July
- Furthermore, all students with a foreign qualification (high school for undergraduate applicants; bachelor for master applicants) must prepare a legalized and officially translated in Italian copy of their qualifications and ask the Italian embassies or consulates for the Dichiarazione di Valore (Declaration of Value); such documents must be submitted together with the registration fee receipt (655) at the students affairs.
