Academic Requirements

In order to be accepted directly onto our Master\'s program in Human Resource Studies, you will be required to have the following academic background:

  • A Bachelor\'s and/or a Master\'s degree oriented towards work, personnel and organizational issues e.g. Human Resource Studies, Business Studies, Organization Studies;
  • Basic knowledge about the social sciences e.g. sociology, psychology, economics, research methods and statistics;
  • Relevant knowledge about subjects in the field of Human Resource Studies e.g. sociology of organizations, organizational psychology, human resource management.
  • English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
