- A university degree (minimum bachelor or equivalent). In exceptional cases, candidates who do not meet this requirement but have substantial, international work experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 4 years full time work experience
- Fluency in English
- Two letters of recommendation, where at least one refers to the applicant\'s performance in a work situation.\xc2\xa0
