Candidates are required to possess the following requisites:

  • Italian university degree (obtained at the latest by autumn 2017) or an equivalent degree from a foreign university. The administrative board of the course will assess the value of foreign degrees.\xc2\xa0
  • A strong interest in studying development economics and international cooperation issues.\xc2\xa0

The first two modules of the programme introduce and elaborate concepts in microeconomics and macroeconomics. These modules aim to provide both some basic training for students without an academic background in these subjects and to strengthen skills for students who are already somewhat proficient. Students without an economics/mathematics background should be aware that these modules will require them to make additional efforts.
