Academic Requirements
Admission conditions:
- 240 credits/180 credits & master 120 credits
- Application documents
- When applying, the non-EU candidates must present a certificate issued by the Romanian Ministry for Education attesting the studies
Admission shall take place based on a test comprising the following subjects:
- UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration
- ICC Arbitration Rules
An English language test shall be mandatory for admission (only students who graduated their university studies in English are exempted).
