Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
Applicants should have a Bachelor of Music, or equivalent experience. Applicants are required to undertake a performance audition and interview.
The performance should consist of thirty minutes of music to show the applicant\'s skill and artistry. Through interview, the audition panel will assess the applicant\'s musical background and career aspirations. Members of the staff from the Conservatorium will comprise the audition and interview panel.\xc2\xa0
After the audition/interview process is complete, a report is written by the chair of the audition panel. The Head of School (or designate) and the course coordinator then review the audition report to determine each candidate\'s suitability for the course.
International students need the standard UTAS English language requirements for post-graduate entry.
