Academic Requirements
You need the following GPA score:
Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to 2.5 on a US 4.0 grading scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on a 4.0 scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).
Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).
- The Master of Public Health Program seeks to admit students who demonstrate the potential to be successful in graduate school, and who are committed to the public health profession, as evidenced by their interests, backgrounds, and experiences. For admission into the Program, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution with a GPA of 2.5 or better
- Combined score of at least 291 on the verbal and quantitative components of the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or a score of 380 on Miller Analogies Test (MAT). MAT & GRE are waived if undergraduate GPA is 3.0 or last 60 hours is 3.2
- Submission of graduate school application and related fee
