- [\'Introduction to Biostatistics\', \'Survey of Environmental Health Sciences\', \'Epidemiologic Methods I\', \'Principles of Health Systems Admin & Mgmt\', \'Biological Basis of Health and Disease\', \'Social and Behavioral Aspects of Global Health\', \'Students must first complete and earn a "B" or better in the epidemiology core course (EPID 6030 Epidemiologic Methods I) before advancing to EPID 7120 Epidemiologic Methods II\', \'Any student receiving a grade of "C" in any required course (including core courses outside the department) must repeat the course.\', \'Students receiving a grade of "F" in any course will be dismissed, unless special extenuating circumstances can be demonstrated.\', \'Students from other departments can only register for courses in epidemiology if they have a grade of "B" or better in any prerequisite courses.\', \'A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is required.\', \'The SPHTM Core curriculum (18 credits)\', \'The EPID program requirements (19 credits)\', \'Elective courses (8 credits)\']

You need the following GPA score:
Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to 3 on a US 4.0 grading scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on a 4.0 scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).
Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).
A baccalaureate degree (science or social science major preferred) with a grade point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale, a minimum combined GRE score of 1050 with quantitative score equal to or greater than the verbal score, three favorable letters of recommendation from persons familiar with the applicant\'s academic or work experience qualifications; and a career statement indicating the applicant\'s reasons for choosing the epidemiology program. Applicants with lower GRE\'s but solid academic performance or prior public health experience and good letters of recommendation may be admitted on probation to be evaluated at the end of their first semester.
