- Health Policy and Ethics: This concentration prepares students to tackle the most intricate and far-reaching questions in the areas of bioethics, health-related law and health care reform. The development of health policy at the institutional, state and federal level is explored as students in this concentration examine the societal, economic and cultural forces that can create \x96 or minimize \x96 inequity in health and well-being.
- Public Health Services Administration: This concentration offers students the opportunity to acquire the leadership and management skills needed to pursue positions of authority and influence in organizations that serve the public and promote public health. Explore the principles of public health leadership with courses that focus on the economics of health care, understanding the social and political forces influencing public health service delivery, and management strategies necessary to lead public health organizations.

You need the following GPA score:
Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to 3 on a US 4.0 grading scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on a 4.0 scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).
Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).

- Curriculum vitae:\xc2\xa0Submit a curriculum vitae including relevant education and any employment history, certifications and licensures, teaching and research experience, publications, presentations, awards, honors, affiliates, professional associations, experience and background in health, public health or health care.
- Essay:\xc2\xa0In a total of two pages or less, please respond to the following two questions:
- Describe how your personal qualities, accomplishments, academic background and professional experience will contribute to your success in the Creighton MPH program.
- Explain how successful completion of this program will assist you in achieving your professional goals.
- Recommendation Forms:\xc2\xa0Three recommendation forms are required, to be completed and submitted by persons other than family members who are capable of assessing an applicant\'s performance in an academic or work setting.
- Transcripts:\xc2\xa0Submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. Transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing institution.
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL):\xc2\xa0All international applicants from countries in which English is not the primary language must demonstrate proficiency in the English language by submitting a minimum TOEFL score of 100 iBT (213 CBT/550 PBT) International applicants who received their baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited institution in the U.S., United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Africa (English-speaking only) are not required to submit a TOEFL score report.
