Course Structure
- This new course develops the core competencies required of the Chartered Quantity Surveyor and prepares you for a career in this area. There is an emphasis on project and team work.
- The dissertation/project allows you to focus on an area of interest to yourself and gain valuable research skills.
- You also have the chance to attend a week-long European field trip.
- Kingston University is a RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) partner institution. We will seek accreditation for this course once it receives full validation from the University.

Academic Requirements
- Applicants should normally have a 2:1 or 1st class degree. This can be in any discipline, although a related subject is an advantage.
- Some experience of working in the industry would also be useful.
All non-UK applicants must meet our English language requirements. For this course it is Academic IELTS of 6.5 overall, with special conditions in all elements. Applicants who do not meet the English language requirements may be eligible to join our pre-sessional English language course.
