Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
- Two years of full-time, post-baccalaureate professional employment in a field relevant to the program is recommended

- Transcripts from all colleges or universities attended. The Office of Graduate Admissions does not require official transcripts for your application to be reviewed for admission. We require unofficial copies of your transcripts for application review. If admitted however, all applicants are required to submit official transcripts prior to the last day to add/drop courses in their first term.

- Two professional letters of recommendation
- A goals statement that relates to real estate development career goals
- English Proficiency Score (minimum scores: TOEFL = 88, IELTS = 6.5, or Pearson = 59 overall score) We look for these scores to be competitive for admissions. TOEFL=93 and IELTS= 7.0.
- Official transcript evaluation: All transcripts from colleges or universities outside the United States must be translated into English, if applicable, and submitted for evaluation to the graduate school to which the applicant is applying. Mason will provide evaluation service free of charge for all international transcripts. Because of volume, more time may be needed to process applications requiring a Mason evaluation of up to an additional 6-8 weeks. For expedited service, students can submit their documents to a recognized U.S. evaluation service at their own expense.
