Complete the CSU Mentor Application by March 1, 2016: On-campus program applicants--Select "Rehabilitation Counseling."
Submit the required application fee with the CSU Mentor Application.
Have the following materials mailed directly to Graduate Admissions
Official transcript(s) in sealed envelopes by April 1, 2016.
Graduate Record Exam (GRE) general test scores (There is no set G.R.E. score needed to enter the program, however, you must have a G.R.E. score. The GRE school code for our program is 4682). GRE scores need to be received by April 1, 2016.
TOEFL Test Scores (for International Students only)
English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
