Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
To apply for the Master\'s programme in Mathematics, you need a relevant Bachelor\'s degree. You can apply if you hold a BSc in Mathematics from University of Southern Denmark, Aarhus University, University of Copenhagen, Aalborg University or Roskilde University.
You can also apply if you hold a similar degree including a minimum of 75 ECTS within the field of Mathematics. The following subject areas must be covered:
- Geometry and topology (at least 10 ECTS)
- Algebra (at least 10 ECTS)
- Real and complex analysis (at least 20 ECTS)
- Statistics and probability (at least 10 ECTS
Once you apply, the Study Board will assess whether your degree is qualifying.
If your degree does not fulfill the entry requirements, the study board will decide whether you can follow one or more supplementary courses.
English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
