Academic Requirements

  • Completion of a four-year undergraduate degree or its equivalent, from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Achieved a minimum of 3.00/4.33 (B) in the last two years of undergraduate study.
  • Applicants must demonstrate that they have the necessary background to pursue Master\xc2\x92s level graduate work in spatial analysis. (For example, if the undergraduate work involves geography, urban studies, urban and regional planning, environmental studies, forestry, soil science, urban design, biology, geology, economics, computer science, or any similar discipline, applicants should have included at least either a one-semester credit in GIS or a one-semester credit in applied statistics or quantitative methods, in their baccalaureate program).
