- Strategic Business Management\xa0zooms in on leadership and business strategies and their impact on primary and supportive processes within organisations.
- Strategic Building Management
- Strategic Asset Management\xa0focuses on the financial perspective of a real estate portfolio. The central question is how the portfolio performance can be improved from a financial perspective.
- Strategic Facility Management\xa0is about the added value of buildings, housing and facilities. This includes how to organise facilities, service levels, insourcing and outsourcing, procurement, and contract and supply chain management.
- Academic skills\xa0prepares you for the work on your master thesis.
- The master thesis\xa0concludes the programme.
Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
In order to be admitted to the course you must have a bachelor degree in facility management, real estate management or a related subject such as industrial engineering and management, building and architecture or hotel management.
Non-Dutch students also need to have TOEFL 550, IELTS 6 or a similar English language qualification. Additionally, to enroll in the part-time programme you must have at least one year of relevant experience post qualified working experience
The student qualifications will be asessed by the admission officer on the basis of a Curriculum Vitae and a letter of motivation. An interview may also be part of the admission process.
