Academic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree. All students applying for admission to the graduate program must have completed a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university prior to the start of the master’s program.
  • Prerequisite Coursework. It is not necessary to have an undergraduate degree in communication sciences and disorders to pursue the master’s degree.
  • GPA Requirement. A minimum 3.00 GPA overall and 3.25 GPA in CSD prerequisite coursework is highly recommended for admission to our graduate program.
  • GRE Requirement. A minimum combined verbal and quantitative GRE score of 295, and an analytical writing GRE score of at least 3.5, is highly recommended
