The Balkan at Charles University is a Master programme in Humanities over 24 months, delivered On-campus. This programme equips graduates with advanced knowledge and practical skills for professional and academic careers in the field.

Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
Bachelor degree in a related programme of study (area studies, history, political science), or at least combinations of these programmes with other study tracks (languages, geography, economics, social sciences).
The early admissions deadline for academic year 2017/18 is 28th February 2017. The early admissions deadline is strongly recommended for students from non-EU or non-EFTA countries who will need a student visa in order to study in the Czech Republic.
The regular deadline for academic year 2017/18 is 30th April 2017. The application fee is 530 CZK (approximately 20 EUR).
There will be no entrance examinations. Applicants\' materials will be assessed by an admissions committee in March/May respectively. Successful applicants will be informed at the beginning of April/June respectively, so they can apply for their student visa.
