You will explore and critically evaluate the role of effective people and organisational practices to achieve successful outcomes in areas such as employee engagement, commitment, performance and motivation.
- Global Supply Chain and Finance
This module introduces concepts of global supply chain management and explains the challenges and opportunities of trading between countries. You will explore the use of digital and information technology for particular supply chain functions and coordination. You will gain the conceptual understanding, skills and analytical tools and techniques to support effective decision-making and control financial resources.
- Sustainable Strategic Management
In this module you will learn to appreciate and address strategic business level problems in a sustainable global context. You will cover a range of conceptual and analytical models and techniques of strategy analysis and develop your understanding of organisations and their environments (micro and macro levels). You’ll analyse economic and business data and evaluate alternative perspectives for managerial decision-making.
- Responsible International Marketing
In this module you will be introduced to key marketing theories and gain a critical understanding of research evidence and scholarly literature in marketing, market entry and ethics in international contexts. You will explore and evaluate the role of marketing in international business relations and the importance of ethical decision-making. You will also reflect on theory and practice of international marketing with specific emphasis on managerial and corporate social responsibility.
- Research Methodologies and Methods
This module will help build your knowledge of the theories used in marketing, management and supply chain research. Topics covered may include worldviews and research methodologies; exploratory and conclusive research; introduction to quantitative methods; measurement and scaling; quantitative and qualitative sampling methods; writing research proposals; reviewing literature; and presentation of research findings.
- Integrative Management Report 2
This module involves a dissertation which will demonstrate your intellect, research, analytical and communication skills and should show the breadth, depth and integration of your knowledge and understanding of business and management. It will enable you to display a critical awareness of current issues in business and management, informed by leading edge research and practice in the field as well as a proactive and independent approach to learning and research.

Academic Requirements
Degree and/or experience
- An appropriate degree in a clinical professional area, or equivalent overseas qualification.
- All candidates are normally expected to have at least one year of relevant post-registration work experience, working with sporting injuries in the clinical field.
For non-native speakers of English IELTS at least 6.5 overall, with 6.0 in writing and a minimum of 5.5 in the other elements; or equivalent qualification.
English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
