Academic Requirements
To study the full-time MSc you will need both:
- A good Honours degree or an appropriate pre-masters programme
- Practical work/organisational experienceOR
- Have an appropriate pre masters programme and have practical work/organisational experience at degree level
To study the part-time PGDip, you will need either:
- A good Honours degreeOR
- HR or management experienceOR
- A Level 3-5 CIPD Certificate/Foundation qualification such as the CPP and CTP, Intermediate Level 5 or Certificate in Management Studies
- A number of years HR or management experience
