  • A good Honours degree or an appropriate pre-masters programme
  • Practical work/organisational experienceOR
  • Have an appropriate pre masters programme and have practical work/organisational experience at degree level

To study the part-time PGDip, you will need either:

  • A good Honours degreeOR
  • HR or management experienceOR
  • A Level 3-5 CIPD Certificate/Foundation qualification such as the CPP and CTP, Intermediate Level 5 or Certificate in Management Studies
  • A number of years HR or management experience
