- Applicants must normally\xc3\x82\xc2\xa0have a good honours degree (minimum 2.2) or academic equivalent in a relevant area such as civil engineering, concrete technology, structural engineering, material sciences, building technology or construction management.
- Exceptionally, applicants who have substantial working experience in a related discipline\xc3\x82\xc2\xa0(without a first degree) may be considered (if you can satisfy the admissions tutor of your motivation, numeracy and evidence of your ability to work at this level).
- Overseas students must satisfy the admissions tutor that they have reached an equivalent academic standard.
