Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

  • An Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent overseas qualification) in engineering or science with exposure to physics and/or chemistry of energy (e.g. thermo-fluid science) disciplines with a GPA of at least 2.0 (out of 4.0) or equivalent. Some examples of relevant disciplines are mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, automotive, chemical, electrical and power, or electronics engineering, industrial, civil, environmental, telecommunication, computer and IT; or science in physics or chemistry;
  • An Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent overseas qualification) in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.0 (out of 4.0) or equivalent, with relevant work experience or professional practice in the field of energy.
  • International qualifications are assessed for equivalence with the above Australian Qualifications Framework qualifications.

English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
