f )A Photocopy of Formal Certificate of TOEFL or TOEIC Score

g )A Letter of Reference: It should be written by an academic advisor of an applicant\'s who can evaluate his or her research ability well through academic activities.

h )Statement of Financial Basis

i )Certificate of Residence or Certificate of Registered information on Alien Registration: For applicants who are foreign residents of Japan at the time of application, and who have lived in Japan for more than 90 days; to be issued by the head of local municipality.

j )Application Fee ¥30,000: For those living in Japan, the fee should be sent by a Postal Money Order. Do not write your name in the blank of payee of the money order. You can make a cash payment when you carry on application forms directly to the Office of Academic Affairs, GSICS.

k )A Letter of Approval for Entrance: If you want to enroll in our school while maintaining employment with your organization, you are required to submit a Letter of Approval for Entrance issued by your employer.
