Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

For this study course you need a Bachelor study of at least six semesters in the subject of neuro- or natural science (e.g. Biology, Biochemistry, etc.) or a completed study of human medicine with a final grade of at least 2.5 or better in which you have acquired credit points (cp) in the following areas:

  • 7 cp in Cell and Molecular Biology
  • 5 cp in Biochemistry
  • 8 cp in Physiology and/or Anatomy/Neuroanatomy

The admission to this study course is restricted by local admission restrictions procedure (örtlicher Numerus Clausus (ONC)). In case the number of applicants exceeds the number of available study places, a selection is made on the basis of the final grade of the first study degree qualifying for entry into profession. A study place can only be offered to the best 20 applicants.

English Proficiency: IELTS 6 or equivalent.
