For application for October 2017 intake, the following documents must be submitted to the Department by December 25, 2016.

1.Completed Application Form.
2.For a Master\'s course, an official transcript showing the applicant\'s academic performance from an undergraduate course.
3.Proof of an applicant\'s English proficiency.
4.Two confidential Recommendation Letters in the specific form. Each letter should be in a sealed envelope with signature of the recommender over the flap of envelope and should be sent to the Department of Civil Engineering directly.
5.Submit other supporting documents mentioned in the application form.

English Proficiency: IELTS 6 or equivalent.
